The BMBOR Broker Roundtable is the place for Bismarck-Mandan Brokers/Designated Realtors® to come together for industry insights, discuss industry trends, address challenges, and explore new opportunities.

This event is for Designated Realtors® Only or a representative from a brokerage attending on behalf of the Designated Realtor® with prior approval from the association.

We will welcome a panel of speakers from each of the local Title Companies, Bismarck Title Company, The Title Team, and Quality Title, Inc. to share important information about the following topics, 

Buyer/Seller Fraud 

Learn more about the different types of fraud that are being seen locally and what you can do to help identify fraud as you and your agents work with buyers and sellers. After the panel presents, there will be a Q&A, so be sure to bring your questions on this topic. 

Schedule B of the Title Commitment

Get clarification from each of the Title Companies on their process for Schedule B. This topic was discussed at a previous Broker Roundtable, and several Brokers had questions about it, so we brought in the experts to answer your questions!

Members of the Great North MLS Board of Directors will be sharing information about the Clear Cooperation Policy and NAR’s New “Multiple Listing Options for the Seller.”

Jamie McLean and Tricia Schlosser, Great North MLS board members, will talk about the new rule and will also be asking for feedback from our local brokers as GNMLS works to craft and implement this new policy.
